Show Ratings as Text?

We’re looking to have a series of specific features/ammenities that users will be reviewing for listings on the site (essentially Yes it was, No it wasn’t). I was able to get these to appear as dropdowns in the review area, but when they’re actually published it just shows up as stars. Is there a way for the review to read each option, then yes/no instead of showing stars? If so that would be fantastic.
