    I had a look at the docs on customizing templates (http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-geodirectory-templates) but do you have examples of just how much customization can be done to the plugin? There isn’t much under your showcase page and the ones that are displayed mostly use the plugin out of the box. I’m hoping to find examples of how far you can customize the templates.

    Hi,

    we are working on hooks documentation and there are over 150 of them. So basically customization possibilities are almost endless.

    The showcase section is still new and most members seem to have not noticed it.

    As soon as we will be done with developers docs, everything will become clearer.

    You can completely change the layout by unhooking actions from their current location and putting them somewhere else. You can also copy the templates into your theme and modify them from there.

    Thanks, I’ll look into it. Out of curiousity – does your team do paid customization? Just trying to weigh all my options for this next project we have.

    We wish we could, but we don’t have enough time for them. Sooner or later we will hire someone else, train him and we will start providing this service too, but for the moment we really can’t.

    John for example does it as a service of his own.
