    Thanks for your post. Kindly edit the “Archive item page” inside the GD > Settings > Page and remove the “post_content” shortcode.

    You are using GDV1 and asking for support for a site using premium plugins.

    Please login with the account you used to purchase the premium plugins so we can provide you with support.

    Sorry I didn’t realise that this function is only available in a premium plugin?

    What plugin is premium?

    I will check if we have it and then login to premium account and ask that plugins specific support forum

    We have previously explained that we do not provide support for anyone with a site running even one premium plugin without a license.

    hi

    I am not running a site without licence.

    My site has all the licences. And when I need support on a premeium plugin I ask for support in the specific forum.

    But in this instance I am totally unaware what premium plugin support changing the content on on the /Places page/archive Page?

    So how Can I know what plugin forum to use. Hence why I am using the General Plugin Support forum.

    Once I know what plugin effects this function I will either buy the plugin or login on my premuim account and ask the specific question on the specific plugins forum

    So please could let me know what plugin my request is covered by…

    oh I see sorry you do not provide any support for the free core plugin? Unless the user has purchased premium plugins?

    Sorry I didn’t realise. I thought you provided support on core Geo Directory, even for users without premium plugins.

    I have posted the same question on my premium account.
