side by side signup and registratoin

    HI Guys
    this is probably easy but I’m using Geodirectory Modern
    and Users WP

    Currently my registration page shows the login like this
    http://superseoflorida.com/test/login/?redirect_to=http://superseoflorida.com/test/add-listing/

    but i’d rather show the sign in and register side by side like modern shows in the attached

    https://wpgeo.directory/gdf-modern/gd-login/?redirect_add_listing=https%3A%2F%2Fwpgeo.directory%2Fgdf-modern%2Fadd-listing%2F%3Flisting_type%3Dgd_place

    how can I do that? it’s probably a simple setting.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve just created a new login page here http://superseoflorida.com/test/login-gd/ and assigned it using the option in Gd > Permalinks https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/#pages . Is this what you’re looking for?

    but the login page has no code in the post- is it just that you created a new page and assigned the permalink to that and it automatically adds both boxes?

    Sorry this stuff is very confusing.

    I love this plugin but not all of us have the higher order php understanding.
    It’s not really simple.

    Do we really need userswp if we aren’t going to build a user back end and just let them edit their listings?

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your reply. I’d like you to know that Userswp is a plugin that provides a platform that allows you to modify the login and register forms and to create a modern profile page. Well, it’s up to you if you really require it or not. Just in case you haven’t seen this page https://userswp.io/downloads/category/addons/ that provides some extensions that you may need.

    GD and UWP should have different login pages assigned to their respective pages/permalinks settings:

    Hi ALex
    Yep they do, I needed to disable the UMP (select none) and also remove the shortcode.
    Got it sorted, working fine now.
