    Hi there,
    I thought I had set up my directory so that people were going straight to create a listing, without having to sign up/register. I’ve had some support from a developer I hired who might have changed that so that my links to create a listing are all going to the register page.

    What I’m seeing is that people are registering and NOT creating listings. All my client wants are listings. My plan is to send an email with the right link to all the people who have registered and not created listings.

    But what am I missing here? Can I get rid of the register/log in page and just jump to create a listing? What is the link I should be using?

    Hi Brenda,

    Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to achieve what you needed there. It’s compulsory for a user to register before creating a listing.

    So what can I do to help people move to create a listing? People are registering and stopping at that.
