    I want to show sign up form on the basis of free ,brownz,sliver and gold subscription with different prices.How can i do this with geo plugin for below page http://www.doctorsbusinessnetwork.com/vendor-sign-up/

    Hi,

    what you can do is to create a page with a pricing table and use the direct link to the add listing page for each respective package.

    Let us know if that would be what you are looking for. If it’s not, please try to explain what you need with more details.

    If you chose the plan on the add listing page, it will direct you to the URL that you need to use as link.

    It’ll look something like:

    yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=4

    Hi,
    you need to create custom fields from GeoDirectory >> Place Settings : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/

    Create or edit at least 1 listing to populate the new custom fields and export via GeoDirectory >> Import / Export: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/.
