Signup error messages in Avada

    Hi! Could you please advise why the signup error messages show in the top menu? Please see the screen capture and login below.

    That’s because you need to enter an email during the process, not an username. And you must click on the “I’m not a robot” checkbox, this will prevent the spam

    Hi, Simone! I now why the system is showing the error message. But my question is why the messages are shown/formatted in the top menu not in the form itself? Thanks.

    Hi, are you using the latest Avada version? Did you edit the header.php? In case you did it, this is no longer needed because Avada has included the GD compatibility

    No, I did not edit the header.php.
    My Avada version is 3.8.3. The latest is 3.8.4.
    I will update the Avada now and let you know.

    I have updated the Avada theme, GD core and GD add-ons but the problem is still there – errors show in the top of the page.

    Hi,

    there is some custom css breaking the layout.

    the div#main is covering the header.

    Please see image attached.

    Hi, all my custom CSS are in the Avada theme options. I have deleted all custom entries from there but the problem still exists. What else can I check? Should I disable all plugins besides the GD core?
