    Hi,

I have a site set to French as default language and with the GD Multilingual extensions + WPML activated.

Some strings are displaying translated language while some are still in English even though the strings have been translated in WPML.

Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

Please refer to screenshots in next reply.

    Hello There,

I can’t access backend /wp-admin/ with the admin credentials you provided. It redirects me to front end account page.

Please provide us full admin access.

    Hello,

Some strings are displaying translated language while some are still in English even though the strings have been translated in WPML.
Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

I have checked and those string are translated via WPML string translation. Please provide us FTP credentials to check why those sting not showing translated at frontend.

The gd_add_listing post_type=”” shortcode doesn’t work for me. It just displays the gd_place Add Listing form and not the form relevant to the CPT

I have checked on my test site and it is working as expected.
If used post_type=”” then it will redirect to add default post type(first from all post types). /listing_type=gd_place if gd_place is default post type.
If used post_type=”gd_place” then it will redirect to /listing_type=gd_place.
If used post_type=”gd_noplace” then it will redirect to /listing_type=gd_noplace.
Make sure post type you want to add in parameter is valid GeoDirectory post type and allowed to add from front end.

    Hello,

Some strings are displaying translated language while some are still in English even though the strings have been translated in WPML.
Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

After doing some debugging found that text defined in geodirectory/language.php not loading in FR language. I checked on our test site with same setup & it is working there fine.
I have fixed temporary on your site, we will investigate why this happening to find final solution. I will apply patch on your site once we find final solution.

The shortcode used was gd_noplace, but the form output was still the gd_place form.

I checked on your site and you have no other CPT available except gd_place. Even you have not installed GeoDirectory Custom Post Types plugin. As i said it must have valid GeoDirectory post type and allowed to add from front end.

    Let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Kiran
