All of a sudden the urls have a long url.
The CSS is showing a listing over and over thus almost crashing the site.

    https://whowriteswhat.com
The cpt is Wholesale Insurance Companies franchised listing https://whowriteswhat.com/insurance_co_wholesa/united-states/washington/renton/accountant-cpa-tax-preparer-bookkeper-2/demo-wholesale-insurance-company/

I am going to try to set up Demo 2 because I cannot lose an entire day here.

UPdate, I messed with the GD permalinks and the long url problem has ceased.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for your post. Could you please check your Website URL? I’ve getting 404 when I inspected it.

I have did a plugin conflict test.

It seems to be just the one custom post type. Wholesale Insurance Companies

Another oddity, an error message continues to change regarding post types. You can see the pic attached and the area highlighted.

    Urgent!

    regards

Lost a day. I deleted the Post type and now added a another. The problems ssens to have gone away for now. Still testing. This “thing” is still displaying on the site.

“GeoDirectory permalink error the following rule appears twice: ^agency_sale/insurance/([^/]*)/?$

Try making the GeoDirectory permalinks more unique.”

Please note, it was using “place” a short time ago and not it is referring to agency_sale…

I have no ideas why this is happening.

Try using a plugin like BSR to search for agency_sale in your database to see if there is more than one. I check but couldn’t find a category in that particular CPT that was a duplicate.

Thank you Alex. I will do so at a later time. I lost most of the day trying to fix the CPT and finally deleted it and I am starting from the beginning.

If there had not already been so much custom work done I would have done a backup and the used more caution with updates.

The good new is that the new cpt is performing just fine.

Now.. as soon as I am done with the categories being added to the cpt I will do a back up.
    Thanks.
    Regards,

    Steve
