    if I deactivate all emails under the SITE OPTIONS BCC… the main site admin will still receive notifications, but all other admins will stop receiving the emails, is that it?

    No, the email getting admin notifications is the email added when installing the website (settings >> general), so if you disable those you’ll get none of the BBC.
