    I’m running GD Booster, have optimized images using Tiny. have added Far Future Expiry Headers, and even added Cloudflare(free) and Autooptimze. Still the load time is abysmal, and fluctuates dramatically. I would like to get the page load time to under 2.5 seconds, preferably 2 seconds.

    That will primarily depend on the latency and speed of your server.
    If you are running your website on a shared server, it will be impossible to get great results.
