Site Speed So Low it is Almost Dead

My site VeganLinked.com is rated 2 for mobile and 3 for desktop for google speed test.

I have another WordPress site on the same server that is 88 for mobile and 99 for desktop.

Please let me know what I can do to make this better because this is almost completely dead loading speeds.

Most sites that provide ratings like that provide you with a list of options/tasks for succeeding at their tests, so, that is a first thing to try.
