Site width on GDFramework child theme

    Hi :)!
    I just found that when the GDBooster addon is on, the site width gets shrink to 1040px.
    After looking a little bit deeper, I found that this happens because the margins are set to 0px top and auto for everything else, so it takes the width of some “fixed width” elements, which are 1040px as default, and gets the page centered with the 1040px width.
    I don’t know if that is an expected behavior, but when I came across this I thought it was not desired, since you change the site width inside the GDFramework options panel, and apparently GDBooster ignores that (at least in an untouched GDFramework child theme).
