Slider vanishes with Advanced search filter activation

    Hi,

    If I enable Advanced search or the review mgmt addon, I loose my banner/slider.

    It was fine until I installed the premium paid version of a help desk program called WP Support Plus. The activation of the Helpdesk program took a long time then crashed our site. Our ISP disabled all plugins and I enabled them one by one.

    I enabled GD core, and all the GD support addons that we were using. I eventually figured out that the Advanced Search and the review mgmt addon
    would cause my banner/slider not to load. It was fine before.

    Also, now I have an error on my page.php file that shows up at the bottom of the page.

    My Category widget and events widget are not showing on my home page sidebar. I checked to make sure the Avada home page was still configured to use the sidebar and the widgets still have the data in the correct area.

    Of course, it is does not have anything to do with GD, it was working fine before. I just thought that any thoughts you could provide would help us figure this out and maybe point us in the rt direction.

    I have contacted AVADA, The Helpdesk plugin developer and Our ISP on Thursday afternoon and I have not heard back from anyone.

    I have a full backup of our site files and Databases from a plugin by the name of Backup Buddy but I am reluctant to use it unless this Helpdesk program has done irreversible damage.
