The caching only seems to be working when the auto zoom is set. Can you please provide FTP details and i’ll take a look.

FYI, the width of the map on your screen when autozoom is set depends on a few things, for me it looks perfect, i am guessing you have a super wide screen, if so there is not much you can do, you could set the height of the map to be higher and that might help a bit. The autozoom is the best option.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan.

I would still suggest you set it to auto zoom…
I have made a small change now, please check it.

Also, your server seems to be blocking some of the CDN ip’s you need to while list them all on your server, i had to use a VPN to view your site correctly.

I have whitlisted the ips as suggested for the CDN.

Regarding Visual “initial appearance” “What happened to displaying listing in an area based upon the users location? It used to be that the map would display listing in a local areas.

As I also use this on other sites to display listing near events. Such as Restaurant, Hotels and Resorts, it is important to know if this feature no longer works as it did in the past.

That having been said, I would think that the map would zoom to display fire departments “in my local area” without having to click several times to have them display visually.

Also, the experience for people visiting/coming into our community area that want to know where fire departments are…they will have to perform many clicks to get a visual idea?

You can enable the advanced search “First time load redirect” settings to redirect them to their nearest city or to near them.
