social importer app submission

Hi,

The social importer works perfectly for me in the business listings but not for events. I am wondering if it is worth submitting something to facebook about this or is it entirely dependent on Geodirectory to have that work with them?

I made a screencast as their documentation requires in the facebook app — but I could be completely incorrect in this.

I also was reading here on the forums and I have a question: Can I keep the social importer on just the business listing form and remove it on the other forms (such as for events) since it doesn’t work for the others? I hope that is the case.

Hi Kathy,

Not sure why it wouldn’t work on other CPTs. Could you tell us a little bit more about it? Also, provide your WP admin access in private reply here so that we could replicate it.

Yes, we can use custom CSS code to remove the social importer on other CPT’s.
