    1. I did everything from the instruction of social importer, bUt no matter how hard I did I get this sentence eventually. I tried to use the same app with wp social login, also tried to do the new app from facebook. I still couldn’t make it.

    Could there be a space character at the beginning?

    Hi emily,

    Looks like you don’t enough privilege to retrieve page metadata’s. You need to request for “Page Public Content Access” as shown in the attached screenshot. Click on “Start a Submission” in the App Review Tab.
