Social Importer v2 not pulling in any data

    Good Afternoon

    I have setup and am running Social Importer for GeoDirectory v2. From what I understand I should be able to just enter a Facebook or Tripadvisor url and pull in the data. This does not appear to be working on my site, is it a known issue or is it something related to my site. The link to import new details is:
