    Hi,
    I have just activated the social media import plugin and a client tried to pull the information through for her listing on our site.
    I went in to try and approve the listing but noticed the attached error. Please could you assist.

    Hi Leanne,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. This looks like a server related issue. Could you please contact your server admins / hosting company to enable stream wrappers in the php.ini file? Then check and see if it fixes the issue there.

    Now they have asked:

    Could you confirm if they meant to set the variable “allow_url_fopen” to value 0 for your accounts?
