    Gents,

After upgrade today to new wordpress, avada and GD I have encountered the following issues:-

    • No Social links appear in the social links area
    • Share links doesn’t show up
    • Claim listing takes you to the login page when not signed in and the claim function doesn’t come up
    • Even when logged in the claim page doesn’t appear

You can find these issues at https://www.trinigo.com/trinidad-tobago/vacation/cumana/beach-river/cumana-bay-ne/

    Thanks

    Hi DP,

please provide admin credentials so we can have a better look. This doesn’t happen on any of our demos.

    Thanks

There is an error with GD Booster

Error: cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization; attempted to call method...

Did you try to clear GD booster cache and ultimately disable it to see if it goes away?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I disabled GD Booster and cleared the cache.

The social links re-appeared and function.
However, the Claim feature remains un-functional.
The Claim listing takes you to the login page when not signed in and the claim function doesn’t come up, Even when logged in the claim page doesn’t appear.

    Hi Dale,

there is definitely an error when logged in, logged out users won’t see problems till they login.

Stiofan and I both had a look and can’t find anything obvious via wp dashboard.

Could you please provide FTP credentials? It will make it much faster to find the error.

    Let us know,

p.s. I’ve disabled few plugins, you can enable them back for the moment.
