Some users not receiving Validation links for listing claims

    Hello,

    For the most part, it seems like these emails are going out. I tested this and received a verification email, myself. However, I have some customers who are still reporting not receiving them. Of course, I am asking them to check their spam folders. Are you aware of any bugs that could be causing this issue?

    hi,

    it could be that they are going into their spam folder?

    You can install a plugin like email log to see if they are sent or not.
