Sort not working

    I have the search sort set to FEATURED – RATING – RANDOM – TITLE
    Based on that I would assume that a search for “ITEM” “ZIP” would display:
    1) Featured Listings
    2) Next by highest rating
    3) The rest sorted by random

    I have FEATURE selected as default, RATING selected ascending

    If I search for “ITEM” “ZIP” I get the results displayed only by distance. No featured at top.
    If I search for “ITEM” only, I get a list with one featured item, then random listings. One Featured item.

    There does not seem to be a search result that displays based on the ratings. Also, where are the featured settings?
