Sorting question for V1

On my homepage Cle2nite.com i have a section on the left hand side labled “featured Events” and is set up to only show featured events. When you click the view all in the top right hand of that widget section it takes you to a listing screen that has all events, Is there a way for that link to take you to a page that only shows featured events?

Featured listings do not get a page of their own based only on the featured value.
What some people do is make a category that is only accessible to featured listings through a specific featured price package, and then link to that category as needed. You might then use that category to filter the listings shown.

About the archive pages, though, what you can do is make sure that you are sorting with Featured so the featured listings appear first.
