Sorting sub sorting not working..

    Hi..

    I am sorting in accordance to this example from GeoDirectory..

    My first preference is Image, follow by sub order of (Feature)..

    So.. the concept is To show all the restaurants with the Image first, and in those list with images.. to show the Features first..

    So.. my sorting option is set as

    -> Images (Active, Desc)
    –> Is Features (Active, Ascend)..

    But the results are showing none image before the images..
    It seem setting images to ascend/desc doesnt seem to make a difference.. please advise how to sort with images/non images..

    I don’t think there is this option, but I asked to the developers to let us know if I’m wrong…

    Hello,

    When images are added as a sort option, descending will order them as in 9->0 so a listing with 9 images is listing first.

    Adding a subsort like featured will sort ‘within’ the listings so that all listing with 1 image would then be sorted featured first.

    It seem like you are the only one who actually try and understand the issue..

    Alex and gust has been just giving me generic answers..

    Is there a way so that my issues are actually read properly first before giving me just generic answers..

    At times I am thinking Alex is just an AI giving generic answers..

    Please let me know how to recognise image 0 so that it can be part of main sort..

    thanks Kiran..

    While I was waiting for support replies.. I decided to make a new plan which is fees as 0.

    and put those without the images as that plan.

    And then sort by the plan first.. so that the listings without the images are at the bottom..

    follow up Features.. and it seem to have get the result I wanted..

    but seriously.. some of the support reply from Alex and Gust just get me fired up.. as none of my issue is actually considered.. just a standard do this reply..
