Since the Special Offers feature could serve as a nice upsell opportunity, here are a couple thoughts that I think would really help maximize it’s potential.
1) Flag – similar to the “New” listing flag, some kind of flag on the listings to help them standout when a listing has a special offer would be beneficial.
2) Feature – like featured listings, being able to give priority to listings that currently have special offers, either only list those with special offers or list them ahead of other listings.
3) Searchability – it would be helpful if additional capabilities could be added for search. Currently special offers can be added for searching, but that is based on the content of the special offers (I believe). It would be nice to offer the ability to just search for listings that have special offers. E.g., I want to search for Italian restaurants and I tick “special offers” to return search results only for listings that currently have special offers that meet my search criteria.
