    I just upgraded and the map on locations page has moved above the navigation bar. How can I resolve this please? http://gorillapark.net/places/

    I just upgraded and now when I try and add a category or change category icon the button to select the category icon image is no longer working. Can you advise please?

    Hi there. How long does it take usually to respond to these things? I thought it says 24 hours in your policy document? I have posted my reply privately with my login details. Have you got them OK?

    In addition to the other issues the listings page displays 1 item when you select to display 2 per row, 2 items when you select to display 3 per row etc. Can you advise on this please?

    Hi again,

    our notifications system failed us and we failed to help you. I’m really sorry about this.

    I’ve had a look at your website I think that the travel theme wasn’t made to use the top section at all, but only the sidebar for the listings map.

    Are you sure you aren’t confusing with another theme?

    I’ve fixed the second problem of listings grids not showing correctly.

    Let us know if we can set this as fixed.

    Thank you for your help. I have included the listings map in the side bar. I must be confusing it with another theme. The other issue is that I can not change the icons for the map. The button isn’t working in the admin section. Can you help to resolve this at all please?

    Where are you trying to change the icon?
    Go to your category, and remove the current icon and upload a new one.
