    I am also having the same issue with the shortcodes on register users pages. I am not sure what happened? I am using the Avada theme and my register users and login pages were missing so I had to create a new one and added the short code to it ([wppb-login]). Is there a way to reset GD so they automatically return? without having to wipe my entire WP? I made alot of changes to the Avada pages I would like to keep.

    I would say letting users enter shortcodes is a bad idea, i would guess the best solution would be to let them enter their reference number and use that value in a custom widget etc.

    How do you let people register?
    You can restore the GD login and register page like this:
    GD > GD tools > virtual pages check.

    I am not sure I understand correctly?
