Split: New licence / updates system info jo

    Hi,

    Because I could not find the right procedure, it looks as if I purchased a new subscription instead renewing the expired one. Therefore all my license keys are new.

    To replace the old license keys by the new ones, it looks as if I first have to deactivate the old ones, but I can not, when clicking on the “Deactivate License” button, I get this error message:

    “License not deactivated! Please seek support”

    Then I have seen the new “Manage Sites” function and I added a site to the Subscription and most plugins.

    Then I tried again to deactivate the License and I get the same error message.

    What should I do?

    Hi,

    I’ve cleared all your licenses by adding this to your 404.php template:

    <?php delete_option('geodir_licence_keys'); ?>

    Then I visited a non existant URL of your website to load that temaplate and it did the trick.

    Thanks, now I have been able to deactivate de licenses, enter the new keys and re-activate them.

    Could you pleased confirm that you removed what you added? I am concerned that the licenses could be deleted if a non-existing URL is visited.

    I have other GeoDirectory sites with the same problem. Could you please let me know exactly how to do what you have done?

    Go to Appearance >> editor.

    Open the 404.php template of your theme.

    Add

    <?php delete_option('geodir_licence_keys'); ?>

    in the template and visit:

    yoursite.com/najfdbnvlajbvlkjsvbaljv

    That should call your 404 template and remove all the licences.

    Remove the code from the template and save.

    That’s it.

    I have the same Problem with the List Manager plugin.

    ” delete_option(‘geodir_licence_keys’); ”

    cleared all licence keys, but List Manager still can´t be activated

    “Licence not activated! Please renew or seek support” !

    Hi,

    I see list manager active for this website: reitstallverzeichnis.de

    However you are not using Whoop there and the list manager is only compatible with Whoop.

    I testetd Whoop a while ago and had forgotten that the “List Manager” needed Whoop!
