    Hi all,

    May be a daft question, but enabling recaptcha just for directory wont stop spam unless you also have recaptcha enabled for wordpress default registration.

    You can add recaptcha to this area as well, but there is a conflict that stops all new registrations from working

    You got to choose what login and register system you want to use: GD or WP.
    If you use both, you’ll only confuse people.
    If you choose GD, you are probably best to set GD > general > general > Allow user to see wp-admin area > NO

    Thanks for this, I was going to use formidable so I can sign people up to a mailing list on registration, so I would have to use the WordPress signup
