    Hi,

please provide a url and wp admin credentials in a private reply, so that we can have a look at it.

I’ve split (twice now) the topic, as Immortality was the topic author and he could read your private replies while you couldn’t read ours.

Please always create new topics if you know we will need url and wp admin credentials and only use the private reply if you are the topic author.

    Thank you

    Hi Yvette,

other than updating, did you recently add any new plugin?

It appears that you have a jQuery error (non-GD related):

Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: input[name=]
    http://www.bookastall.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.1
    Line 2

I’d try deactivating all non GD plugin and see if the problem disappears. If it does reactivate plugin one by one until you find the culprit and find an alternative.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Thanks for your response.
I’ve not added anything new. It was working when I was at work. I went home, and then it had stopped working.
I’ll try the plugin thing – perhaps I updated one? Will let you know.

Ok, I’m at a total loss.
I’ve deactivated all of the non-GD plugins and it didn’t do anything (so I activated them all again).
I then ran all the diagnostics, and that didn’t come up with anything either.
I took out the widget, and then added it back, and still nothing.
I’m not really sure what to try now

    Hi Yvette,

not sure what the problem was, but deactivating all plugins and reactivating them back (including GD plugins) seems to have fixed it.

Probably GD-Booster had something cached and after disabling it, the cache got cleared.

Let us know if problem pops up again.

    Thanks
