Split: Updates showing in GD Admin but not on actual site…

    I am having this exact same issue. Changes are seen to logged in users only. When I log out, it shows like I have not made any changes. GD Booster off, and browser cache disabled. No other caching on.

    Have you ever had any other caching installed like W3TC? That can leave behind caching stuff.
    Other than that it might be server aching which you would need to ask your host about.

    But would server caching only apply to logged out users and not logged in users?

    Yes, that is how most caching works.

    Ok, this was a GDBooster issue. I deactivated the plugin rather than turning the plugin off. That is why it was caching.
