SQL Tables for CPTs?

    I am trying to restore my custom post types from an old backup of our database. I see the wp_geodir_gd_[postname]_detail tables, what else do I need to look for to restore my custom post types? They are not showing up in the back end.

    To be clear, I am only interested in the Custom Post Types themselves, not any posts made to them.
