Staging with siteground. Maps , images and add listing not working

    I have a staging site which i am working on, the images and maps not working.
    The maps not working means that i cannot add listings as i try and clean everything up and move things around.

    Is this an issue to take up with you or with siteground?

    Im not too worried about the images and i suspect as the url is staging3.(site) its casuing issues with the maps… is there anything you can suggest?

    Hello,

    Google maps is highly particular about URLs. Make sure you have authorized your staging site in the settings for your key.

    You can use the chrome inspector to reveal the error from Google in the console, but you will probably find that the URL is not authorized.

    Thanks for that… it is the staging site that is giving the problem.

    Not the normal site.

    i left images out in the free price point to try and “force” an upgrade. But i will be looking at that if i can get the maps loading in staging so i can “fix” everyting.
