    Hi. Someone tried to leave a rating and review on a business today. Review went through, but when they click on the stars, nothing happens. I also tested updating the rating from the back end, but it still won’t take.

    It looks like reviews are disabled on your site, it could be a few settings mainly in GD>General.

    If you post wp-admin details in a private reply (only staff can see) we will take a look.
