Static homepage not working for all users

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have unchecked the option for GeoDirectory to be the homepage and in the WordPress reading settings I have setup a static homepage. For some users the static homepage is shown as the homepage but for other users the homepage is the most recent blog posts, I have tried disabling GeoDirectory which fixes the problem so GeoDirectory is still controlling the homepage although the option is unchecked. How can I have the static homepage for all users?
