Stop Auto renew Membership

    Hi,

    I have 2 problems :

    I have a big surprise when i come back in your website this day. Membership access is auto renew ?! i haven’t check this when i paid for a access in november.

    1) I want stop auto renew membership access. I can’t find this option in my account. Turn off please.

    2) I have paid 70$ when it renew. Membership cost 60$. Why 10$ more ?!

    Given that, I was not aware of this access from 15 December to this day (didn’t used). Can you refund me this period ?

    And now how i desactive auto-renew ? because it’s already active. I don’t see option in my dashboard. 🙁
