Stripe and coupons

Hello, i ve paypal and stripe as my active payment gateways. I ve also created a coupon to be applied on first payment only. I ve made a test payment on stripe and everything works great, the only issue i see is that although the coupon is for first payment only, stripe uses the coupon as if its for all payments. So, for example if a plan costs $100 a day and the coupon is 20%off for the first payment only, then stripe will charge $80 every day instead of $80 the first day and then $100 for the subsequent days. Is there a way to fix that, or that feature only works with paypal?
