    Your free price package doesn’t include those fields, it only includes phone and email.

    You have the send contact link, but the telephone number I don’t see it anywhere in there demo too: http://cohhe.com/demo/sky/sky-vacation/places/spain/catalunya/barcelona/attractions/spain/catalunya/barcelona/attractions/audacious-freedom-2/

    I’d ask for support to the theme authors for that.

    I’m having this same problem and I can’t see how it was resolved. I have deactivated and re-activated and still do not see the plugin.

    Ozzie, yes, that is what Paolo means.
    The stripe addon only adds an extra payment option in the Prices section of GD, there is no separate plugin to “see”.
    Do you have a stripe option at GD > Prices and Payments > Payments tab > Method name?
