style of success text boxes

    Hello,
    I think it is since V2 that e. g. success messages come along in a bright blue text box (see screenshot).

    Where can I change the look and colour of these text boxes. I have tried
    WP -> appearance -> customize

    but could not find anything.
    Could you tell me where to do it?
