sub categories with the same name to be contained in different categories

    For example, I have “Carwash services” as a sub-category under “Auto Services” and “Cleaning Services”. If I am a subscriber that wants to list my carwash services, I would like that listing to appear in both the carwash services sub category within the Auto Services category and the carwash services sub category in Cleaning services category. Someone may consider carwash services as cleaning services, while other users might consider it as auto services.

    Does the GD custom post types have a feature like this?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to inform you that this is not possible :

    parent categories can’t share sub categories, regardless the custom post type.

    They must be hierarchical.
