    I’ve asked our tech team to look at the server log. they have come back and asked which log should they be looking at?

    Thanks Kiran. I’m arranging phpMyAdmin database access for you.
    I’ve just checked the issue with the redirects coming from google and that issue is still happening.
    So when you come to this page from google it’s still adding the word perth on the end of the URL
    https://www.buggybuddys.com.au/things-to-do/category/school-holiday-activities-perth/perth/

    Thank you so much Kiran! That all looks good. Thank you for all your help. Can you confirm if we can change the word ‘category’ back to Perth and it won’t cause the issues?

    Hi,

    I am not sure but this may conflict because perth is used a state/city slug.

    If you want to try perth instead of category then.
    – replace category to perth in permalinks
    – replace perth to category & category to perth in SEO > Redirects > RegExp

    Let us know.
