Subscriber – Unable to post from front end

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    HI
    having set up most of the plugin, and working with support to fix a few issues.
    Now move on to test –
    I find that subscribers are unable to add a new listing
    Admin can add new listing from front and backend, Other users cannot
    I am having the same issue as in – Post #132677
    Tthat when I am reviewing the listing and hitting the Publish button I get redirected to the homepage of the website and not on the success site, thus the listing addition never completes.

    I have searched your support and found a possible solution in Reply #135324
    Do you think that this is also my issue

    Just info – Weird – So something is working –
    I just received email from my site stating that ‘You submitted the below listing information. This email is just for your information.’
    Even though the listing was not saved

    Hello!

    DId you set WP for “Anyone can register” ?

    Check to make sure all your GD Permalinks are set to point to real pages, then visit WP > Settings > Permalinks and save your permalink settings again (on post-name, of course).

    Referring to post numbers does not really help, we would need full links if you thing we should look at another post.

    WP is set for for “Anyone can register” ? – user I tested with was already registered
    I have also checked all GD pages are set correctly (Admin can post new listing from frontend)
    And I have saved again WP > Settings > Permalinks – on post-name
    Still same issue though

    Please do not work on this yet
    I have found that user can add a listing but it is not saved in backend
    I will update when I have more testing done

    Ok looks like my fault

    The listings are going in to ‘Pending’ in the back end
    Sorry to have wasted your time, Still getiing used the GD.

    Can you please point me in the right direction for info where/how to set auto publish new listings

    If set to autopublish how would this affect prices and paynments?
    Link to article igf you prefer so as to save you keep answering my questions.

    Not sure what has happened as when I first raised ticket user was being directed to hompage after clicking submit listing but never mind as all seems to be working correctly now

    Have a look too at GD > Prices and payments > Paid Listing Status
    If payment is not completed, the listings will stay in draft.
