Using Supreme Theme and installed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/subtitles/

Added Subtitle in Home Screen Page and Custom Page. Subtitle is showing in Custom Pages but it is not showing in Home Screen.

No Update is showing for theme/plugin in my wordpress panel. What all i need to update to fix this issue? I will purchase those themes/plugins.
