    Notice that this section HAS choice of Send to Friend — or not.

    The parallel field would be Send Inquiry — or not.

    Possibly I’m missing it, but it doesn’t seem to be there.

    Guess I’ll use magical CSS to remove it for freebie packages?

    You can turn off “send enquiry” for non-premium packages by removing “Email” from the “Post fields” that can be submitted.
    Go to GD > Prices and Payments > Prices > choose to edit your non-premium package > make sure “Email” is not highlighted in the “Post fields” list.

    The custom field “email” in your custom fields for a custom post type, is the custom field that triggers the “send enquiry” link on the detail page.
