    Try using the custom CSS code below and see if it fixes the issue you had there. 

    

    @media only screen and (max-width: 800px) {
    .site-logo-wrap img{
    max-width:100px;
}
}

    My search looks more elevated for starters, I was wondering if it could be my logo size or that I used some css to remove the popular categories section.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve not inserted the custom CSS code I’ve provided earlier. Do you need help with it? 
    

    As for your search page, the logo is pushing down the contents. How do you want it to look like?
