Supreme directory : how to change comments/reviews stuff ?

Hello,

I would like
– to custom “compass” and “search” buttons changing icons used
– to add an image before “comment” part
– to replace the word “comment” by another one
– to have only 3 description lines under the picture and to replace “read more” by another expression.

How can i do ?
