    I checked my “spam” section, on email, but it doesn’t work either.

    Hi there,

    For this email issue, install an email log plugin and use that to check the email send out statuses. Then let us know the results and we’ll see if we can help you further this.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I tried to go again to the section “forgot password”, and I sent the email again. The email seems to be sent, as you can see from my email log. But I still didn’t receive any email on my account.

    If the emails are not getting off your server, then you should contact your host as they may be filtering them, or require you to use an address at your domain like me@mydomain.com (which you could try first, before other things).
