With GDV1 Supreme Directory Theme there was a div below the “featured image” containing the place name, address, icons, reviews and more. (<div class=”sd-detail-details”>. This could be style as a nice heading ending of the featured image.

With GDV2 Supreme Directory Theme there is not “full width” section above the sidebar for this.

How can we duplicate the look with GD V2 & Supreme Directory Theme?

That would be a customization and require editing the template.
