    Hello again,
    It seems that the tagging system on our website isn’t quite working right. When we go to /tag/tagname everything works fine, but when setting the ‘related listings’ option on the details page, nothing shows up.
    Additionally, if you look at the tag list on the backend, it says on a lot of them that the number of listings in each tag is 0. Though even then, the tags that do have more listings still don’t show up in related listings.
    The shortcode we’re using is this:

    [gd_listings title="Related" post_type="gd_place" related_to="tags" sort_by="random" title_tag="h3" layout="gridview_onefifth" post_limit="10" use_viewing_post_type="1" ]

    I’ll add login information and example pages in my next post.

    Hello Benjamin,

    By default [gd_listings] shows listings for the current location. Ex: on page distributors/china/shanghai-shi/shanghai/jm-vistec-co-ltd-shanghai/ short code will list all the listings related to tag and falls within location china/shanghai-shi/shanghai.
    This is the reason that it not showing any related listing, because in shanghai there is no other related listing with tag “jm-vistec”.

    If you want to disable location filter then use

    add_location_filter="0"

    in [gd_listings].

    Additionally, is there any way to make it so tags in the spot under info on the details screen doesn’t take you do a specific location with the tag link?

    There is an setting available to manage this. Go GeoDirectory > Settings > Locations > Show Advanced > URL Settings > Archive urls on details page > Tick “Disable” > Save.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
