You need to add this:

add_action( 'social_connect_form', 'my_accept_terms' );

function my_accept_terms() {echo //snippet from the terms plugin here;}

Instead of “echo //snippet from the terms plugin here;”

add the php snippet provided by that plugin to show its accept TOS widget.
